· We do not Focus on Billable Hours - But on Value Delivered. We asked ourselves – how would our clients most like to engage a contract service? One approach we suggest is that the client identify a problem they want addressed, or a project to be executed – and then determine the business benefit of solving that problem, and how much it would be worth to fix it. This value based approach creates the motivation for both our client and ourselves to be focused on fixing the problem as quickly as possible.
· We are Experienced. Over the last 25 years, we have managed a broad range of manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and marketing organizations with operating budgets between $500K and $100M, and headcounts from a handful to over 1000. From start-ups to multibillion dollar companies, we understand unique problems and opportunities at all sizes and the challenges of scaling. We have designed factories, production lines, supply chains, planning systems – that are ISO 9000 certified and have led several acquisitions and negotiated and managed key strategic alliances. We have personally recruited, developed, and managed people all over the world – and our success has always been based upon their success.
