Phil Blank is an Associate with Sage Advice Partners whose work in Information Technology has been presented at International Conferences and published in Computerworld and featured in Digital ID World. One of his systems has been commercialized and is now a major product for an Computer Manufacturer. He has over 20 years experience in both domestic and international organizations with deep expertise in SAAS Operations, Security, Networking, high availability systems, Business Continuity Planning, Customer Service and internal support. He has worked in both product and service companies and has a successful track record in both small start-ups as well as multi-billion dollar companies. He has served in a senior management role at ADP, ProBusiness Inc., MadetoOrder.com, Bay Networks, SHL Systemhouse, Amdahl and Pacific Bell. He has pioneered systems of Identity Management for SOX and SAAS compliance, remote diagnostics for Mainframe computing, accelerated development of international Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation Systems and the use of SAAS as an operational paradigm. He has successfully participated in two public offerings and understands the balance between keeping the entrepreneurial culture balanced with the need for process, audit, and growth. Mr. Blank also has extensive experience in the transportation sector having participated in the start-up of Valujet and served as an Assistant Chief Pilot for a Part 121 airline. Mr. Blank holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from the University of California. He spent two years at the Universite de Bordeaux and the University of Pau. Mr. Blank also serves as Chief Pilot for the California Wing of the Civil Air Patrol.
